FolkTuneFinder.com is a web-wide search engine that catalogues tens of thousands of tunes from across the web. You find tunes by title or a piece of the melody. Search for a piece of melody

Folk Tune Finder indexes one bar at a time, so you'll get the best results if you enter one or two whole bars worth of notes. Click notes of the piano to enter the melody. If you want to type straight into the box, remember to place commas between notes.

Search for a title

Enter the title of the tune you're looking for. Many tune titles have words like 'reel' or 'jig' in common. If your search is to broad then only enter the words that make the title unique.
